A real home away from home. Very comfortable and warm. Very roomy. Thoughtful and friendly hosts in Marius and Christa. So looking forward to coming again and sharing that samp and stew. We can still smell that lovely aroma.

Dit was die perfekte oornagbestemming vir ons gesin met 2 kleuters se reis tussen Pretoria en Scottburgh. Baie dankie aan Marius en Christa!

Marius en Christa het ons onmiddellik tuis laat voel met ‘n warm ontvangs. Die woonstel is uiters smaakvol ingerig en alles wat jy nodig het is daar. Ons snerpende koue wintersaand is gou omgeswaai in ‘n warm en rustige eenheid met elektriese kombers en verwarmer. Ons reis baie en dit is min dat daar ‘n melkie, yogurt, botter ens. in die yskas vir jou wag en die heerlike muffins en graan-ontbyt het ons nie verwag nie. Sal definitief weer hier oornag.

Baie vriendelike en behulpsame onvangs. Aangenaam verras. Die plek het alles wat jy nodig het en ‘n paar heerlike ekstras.

Die eienaar het alles gedoen om te verseker dat ons tevrede is. Die plek is netjies en skoon en sal beslis weer daar gaan bly en kan die plek enige tyd aanbeveel.

We found ourselves at home in Harrismith with my partner. I will be worried if I need accommodation and don’t get one at Oppi Hoek.

Pleasant room with all necessary appliances for self catering. Needs a ceiling fan for summer.
